1.1. This policy explains how personal data of users of tipsycrm.com and the TipsyCRM service (the “Service”) is processed and protected.

1.3. By submitting a form on the website or using the Service, you agree to this policy.

2. Data we process

2.1. Data you enter in the website forms: Telegram username or e-mail address, studio name, team size, streaming platforms and comment text.

2.2. Technical data about website visits: page address, text and identifier of the element you clicked, date and time of the event, IP address and browser details (user agent).

2.3. Data you enter into the Service: employee accounts, shift details, reports and payroll calculations. This data is processed on behalf of the customer only to the extent needed to provide the Service.

3. Purposes

  • replying to your request and consulting you about the Service;
  • concluding and performing the contract;
  • improving the website and measuring how its sections perform;
  • complying with legal obligations.

We process data based on your consent and where it is necessary to conclude or perform a contract with you.

5. Sharing

5.1. We do not sell personal data. We share it only with providers needed to run the Service (hosting, e-mail delivery, Telegram for notifications) or where required by law.

5.2. Some of these providers may be located outside your country. We only share the data needed to provide the Service or reply to your request.

Request data is kept for as long as it is needed to reply and set up the Service, or until consent is withdrawn. Data entered into the Service is kept while you use the Service and deleted at the customer’s request afterwards.
